I’d never done a professional development plan before, but I think it could be really beneficial as it will help keep me accountable. I guess bullet journaling in a way could be considered similar, that is something I’m really interested in and I have been doing it for the past 12 months. I’m a planner by nature. So here is my professional development plan, with my career/education goals and strategies I’m aiming to apply.
